2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 package noodles (Ramen or Chinese)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 bunch finely chopped shallots
Cut chicken into strips and put into a bowl. Pour teriyaki sauce over strips and toss to combine. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cook noodles 2-3 minutes. Drain and put in large bowl. Add sesame oil, seeds, and shallots. Toss to combine. Cook chicken 8 minutes or until no longer pink. Add to noodles.
