2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 medium head cabbage, shredded
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 package ramen noodles - Oriental flavor, broken
Dressing:
seasoning from soup
1/2 cup oil
2-4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1.2 tsp pepper
Toast pine nuts and sesame seeds in oven at 350F for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. Put shredded cabbage in large bowl, add mushrooms, onions, sunflower seeds, pine nuts. Combine broken noodles. Set aside.
Dressing:
Empty seasoning into jar. Add oil, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Stir in salt and pepper. Shake well and pour over salad.
