1 pound lean steak, cut into strips
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp cilantro
2 tbsp oil
1 large onion, cut into thin strips
1 julienned green bell pepper
2 flour tortillas
Combine lime juice, pepper and cilantro in shallow dish. Place steak strips into the marinade and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Heat oil in pan and onions and green pepper. When nearly tender add steak strips and cook to your liking. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on warmed tortillas.
