This drink reminds me of Mexico. Best made using a pestle.
1 part Bacardi rum
3 parts club soda
12 mint leaves
1/2 lime
1/2 part sugar
3 parts club soda
12 mint leaves
1/2 lime
1/2 part sugar
Place lime, mint and sugar in glass with a small amount of ice. Muddle well with pestle. Add Bacardi and top off with club soda.
