Serves: 1 slab of pork baby back ribs
place ribs in a pan with a cover, sprinkle ribs with garlic salt and lots of pepper, pour a can of beer in pan, add a hand full of peppercorns and 3 or 4 bay leaves, cover and bake at 300 degrees for 6 to 8 hours. (can refrigerate them now overnight if you want) pour off beer, slather with favorite BBQ sauce - I use Montgomery Ribs but any will do. grill on both sides til hot
