Poached eggs and asparagus
4 eggs
2 bunches asparagus
Parmesan cheese
Coat asparagus in olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 180 C for 10 minutes.
Poach eggs in boiling water. Drain and place on top of asparagus. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
