Potato gnocchi
Assorted fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup pouring cream
baby spinach leaves
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Cook gnocchi according to packet instructions. Set aside.
Cook mushrooms and garlic in pan until softened; add cream and spinach. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer uncovered until spinach wilts. Stir in half the cheese. Add gnocchi to pan and stir gently, top with remaining cheese.
