One Pan Chicken & Potatoes

Serves: 2

2 tbsp oil
8 red potatoes, thinly sliced
2 chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 tsp garlic salt
5 pieces bacon

Heat oil, add potatoes, bacon, and peppers. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook 20 minutes, covered. Add chicken and cook another 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Best Blogger Tips
