Frosty Margarita Pie

crust--1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (12 squares)

filling--1 qt. nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

1 tablespoon grated lime peel
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2-4 tablespoons tequila!

topping--1 cup frozen light whipped topping (thawed)

lime & strawberry slices if desired

In bowl, combine all crust ingredients; mix well. Press in bottom & up sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Set aside.

In large bowl with electric mixer combine all filling ingredients. Mix at high speed just until combined. Spoon onto crust. Freeze at least 1.5 hours or until firm enough to cut. Serve with whipped topping, garnish w/ lime & strawberry slices.
